A program which allows to split files into several files with the same size - to copy the to several media devices. The program is also able to combine multiple files to one file (which e.g. can be used an MP3 or MPG files).

The file sizes of the parts may be individually set. In addition the program contains a preview-mode where you can check into how many parts a file will be splitted.

This program is the successor of Alternate Compressor and Alternate Merger and it is freeware. It requires the .NET-framework 2.0 (already included in operation system since Windows Vista).

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are using this program at your own risk. Do create backups of your files!
